Orator

Ed Morcone:  Born February 23, 1951.  Married to Janice Calvani for 51yrs this year 2023.  Hometown man born and raised right here in Mechanciville.  

Ed for the previous 20 years was the President of the IFS, following in the footsteps of his father, Paul Morcone.  Ed has been a member of the club since he was 18 years old.  This is where he developed many friendships with several senior members of the society and formed life long friendships.  Ed's tenure as president has seen many positive improvements to the club.  Physical improvements to the building, inside and out as well as growing community relations with the ladies auxiliary. 

Ed looks forward to his new position as Orator of the society.  Keeping an eye on things from afar, but staying in touch to help the future generations and ensure the successfulness of the club for decades to come.  I have the utmost confidence in the current leadership and direction this new cabinet will have moving forward.  They will continie to grow the club and maintain the integrety of the IFS.
